Our investment philosophy is to maximize financial returns through the execution of carefully formulated business plans, the sourcing of off-market transactions, and the use of appropriate and innovative partnership and financial structures. Additionally, in the few cases where 806 is not actively involved in the management of our investments, we are involved with high caliber strategic partners and always stand ready, willing, and able to assume operational control if necessary.

Since the beginning of 2006, 806 has acquired and/or developed almost $500M worth of real estate nationwide. We accomplished this through the use of our own capital, by raising four funds, 806 SAR Philadelphia Fund I, 806 Senior Housing I, 806 Office I LLC, and 806 Office II LLC, and by partnering with institutional private equity firms such as The Blackstone Group and Patron Capital.
