2424 Studios has unit 301-D coming available on the 3rd floor! 301-D is a small office for 1-2 people located in the 301 Hallway.  It is approximately 147 SF and features large wall to wall casement windows, tall exposed concrete ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and heating and cooling.  The huge windows face South-East with great views and get a ton of sun exposure (but also lend to temperature fluctuations).

Note: the building has a freight elevator but not a traditional passenger elevator and the primary mode of access to the 3rd floor is stairs. Therefore we recommend this unit for a use with little to no in-person customer/client traffic.
